Based on the provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency System for Entities Subject to the Supervision and Control of the Syrian Securities and Markets Authority No. /110/ dated 24/04/2019, especially Articles No. /7-10/ thereof, Circular No. /13/ was issued including extending the deadline for submitting annual disclosures to the year 2023.
